【摘要】：文章旨在復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)報(bào)道,整理分析多囊卵巢綜合征的中西醫(yī)藥物療法及其特點(diǎn)和進(jìn)展。近年來(lái)中西醫(yī)學(xué)者分別對(duì)本病的治療展開深入探討,西醫(yī)主要通過降低血雄激素水平、降低LH水平、改善PCOS的胰島素抵抗和誘發(fā)排卵等治療改善癥狀。中醫(yī)治療根據(jù)辨證論治通過補(bǔ)腎填精,調(diào)補(bǔ)沖任;或燥濕除痰,理氣行滯;或疏肝解郁,清熱瀉火;或行氣導(dǎo)滯,活血化瘀等治則,結(jié)合月經(jīng)氣血陰陽(yáng)變化用藥,改善機(jī)體的內(nèi)在環(huán)境,重建正常月經(jīng)周期,提高受孕率。中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療多囊卵巢綜合征可以發(fā)揮中醫(yī)改善身體受孕內(nèi)環(huán)境和西醫(yī)促排卵的互補(bǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì),提高臨床療效,越來(lái)越受到重視。目前,比較常用的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合方法有中藥聯(lián)合達(dá)英-35;中藥聯(lián)合克羅米芬;中藥周期療法聯(lián)合克羅米芬;中藥聯(lián)合二甲雙胍等。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this article is to review the relevant reports and analyze the characteristics and progress of Chinese and western medicine therapy for polycystic ovary syndrome. In recent years, the treatment of this disease has been deeply discussed by traditional Chinese and western medicine. Western medicine can improve the symptoms of PCOS by reducing the level of androgen, lowering the level of LH, improving the insulin resistance of PCOS and inducing ovulation. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment according to differentiation of symptoms and signs through tonifying kidney filling essence, regulating tonifying chong; or dryness, phlegm, qi stagnation; or soothe the liver, relieve depression, clear heat and reduce fire; Or Qi guide stagnation, activating blood stasis and other treatment principles, combined with menstrual Qi and blood yin and yang change medication, improve the internal environment of the body, rebuild the normal menstrual cycle, improve pregnancy rate. The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve the internal environment of pregnancy and the complementary advantages of Western medicine to promote ovulation, increasing the clinical efficacy, more and more attention has been paid to it. At present, the commonly used methods of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine are Chinese medicine combined with diphenyl-35; traditional Chinese medicine combined with clomiphene; Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with clomiphene; Chinese medicine combined with metformin, and so on.
