【摘要】：女性陰道微生態(tài)是人體微生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的一部分,與陰道感染的發(fā)病息息相關(guān)。陰道微生態(tài)診斷評價提供了分析了解陰道微生態(tài)變化的手段。陰道微生態(tài)評價有4個關(guān)鍵之處。首先,陰道微生態(tài)診斷評價系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該包括形態(tài)學(xué)診斷平臺和功能學(xué)診斷平臺兩大部分,并以形態(tài)學(xué)為主;其次,陰道微生態(tài)診斷評價的形態(tài)學(xué)診斷平臺應(yīng)包含對菌群的評價、致病微生物的檢測以及疾病狀態(tài)評估3個部分;再次,功能學(xué)診斷平臺包括陰道p H值的檢測、乳桿菌功能的評估、微生物代謝產(chǎn)物及機(jī)體炎性反應(yīng)的檢測;最后,陰道微生態(tài)診斷評價需要做好質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:Female vaginal microecology is a part of human microecosystem, which is closely related to vaginal infection. The diagnosis and evaluation of vaginal microecology provide a means to analyze and understand the changes of vaginal microecology. There are four key points in the evaluation of vaginal microecology. Firstly, the evaluation system of vaginal microecological diagnosis should include two parts: morphological diagnosis platform and functional diagnostic platform. Secondly, the morphological diagnosis platform for the diagnosis of vaginal microecology should include three parts: the evaluation of microflora, the detection of pathogenic microorganisms and the assessment of disease status. Thirdly, the functional diagnostic platform includes the detection of vaginal pH value, the evaluation of Lactobacillus function, the detection of microbial metabolites and inflammatory reaction. Finally, the evaluation of vaginal microecological diagnosis needs to do a good job of quality control.
