【摘要】：目的:探討46,XY單純性腺發(fā)育不全患者的臨床特點,以進一步提高對該病的認(rèn)知與診治水平。方法:回顧分析2007年1月至2015年3月北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科收治的56例46,XY單純性腺發(fā)育不全且行腹腔鏡下性腺切除術(shù)患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果:所有患者的社會性別均為女性,平均年齡(21.1±5.2)歲。53例(94.64%)患者以無自主月經(jīng)來潮就診。51例(91.07%)患者乳房發(fā)育在Ⅲ級以下,53例(94.64%)患者腋毛稀疏或無,48例(85.72%)患者陰毛稀疏或無。47例(83.93%)患者外陰發(fā)育幼稚,3例(5.36%)患者陰蒂稍大�；颊叽傩韵偌に厮缴�,雌二醇及睪酮處于低水平。術(shù)中所有患者均可見子宮,8例患者輸卵管發(fā)育不良,余48例輸卵管發(fā)育正常;性腺外觀絕大部分為條索狀。病理提示,12例(21.43%)患者合并性腺腫瘤。結(jié)論:46,XY單純性腺發(fā)育不全具有較典型的臨床特點,及時明確診斷并盡早行性腺切除以防性腺惡變具有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical features of 46 cases with simple gonadal dysplasia in order to improve the knowledge, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods: the clinical data of 56 patients with 46 cases of simple gonadal dysplasia treated in gynecology and obstetrics department of Peking Union Hospital from January 2007 to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.
