【摘要】：正腎臟是人體不可全缺的重要器官,對(duì)于維持體內(nèi)代謝平衡和機(jī)體的健康發(fā)揮至關(guān)重要的作用。妊娠期為保胎兒正常生長發(fā)育和母胎安全,腎臟結(jié)構(gòu)和功能發(fā)生一系列適應(yīng)性改變。本文重點(diǎn)闡述妊娠狀態(tài)時(shí)腎臟結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的生理性變化。為了解這些變化及產(chǎn)生的原因,必須先清楚非孕狀態(tài)時(shí)腎臟的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能。1非妊娠狀態(tài)腎臟位置與正常結(jié)構(gòu)腎臟在胚胎期發(fā)源于中胚層,從受孕4周開始,位于脊柱兩側(cè)的中間中胚層分化為腎前嵴和腎中嵴,
[Abstract]:Positive kidney is an indispensable important organ in human body. It plays an important role in maintaining metabolic balance and health in human body. During pregnancy, the normal growth and development of fetus and the safety of mother and fetus are guaranteed, and a series of adaptive changes occur in renal structure and function. This paper focuses on the physiological changes of renal structure and function during pregnancy. In order to understand these changes and the causes of these changes, we must first understand the structure and function of the kidney in the non-pregnant state. 1 the position of the kidney in the non-pregnant state and the normal structure of the kidney originated in the mesoderm at the embryonic stage, starting from the 4th week of conception. The mesoderm on both sides of the spine differentiates into the anterior and mesonephric crest.
