【摘要】：目的分析探討華北油田礦區(qū)婦女人乳頭狀瘤病毒感染情況以及相關(guān)因素。方法對(duì)2016年1-12月在醫(yī)院進(jìn)行體檢746例華北油田礦區(qū)女性的宮頸脫落細(xì)胞標(biāo)本進(jìn)行人乳頭狀瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型檢測(cè),并通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查研究其相關(guān)影響因素。結(jié)果本研究746例女性中有197例女性發(fā)生HPV感染,感染率為26.41%;HPV基因型檢測(cè)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),共檢測(cè)到24種HPV亞型,其中HPV感染呈現(xiàn)陽(yáng)性排在前5位的亞型分別為HPV16、HPV58、HPV52、HPV18以及HPV33亞型,分別占29.44%、12.18%、8.63%、6.09%和4.57%;31~35歲女性HPV感染率最高為34.73%;采用logistic多變量分析顯示,女性年齡≤35歲、初次性生活年齡≤20歲、妊娠次數(shù)≥3、性伴侶數(shù)≥2個(gè)均是HPV感染發(fā)生的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論 HPV感染在華北油田礦區(qū)婦女中具有較高的感染率,HPV主要亞型為HPV16、HPV58、HPV52、HPV18和HPV33,HPV感染多發(fā)生于年齡≤35歲女性中,影響HPV感染發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素包括女性初次性生活年齡、妊娠次數(shù)、性伴侶個(gè)數(shù)等。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women in Huabei Oilfield. Methods Human papillomavirus (HPV) (HPV) genotyping was detected in 746 samples of cervical exfoliated cells from women in Huabei Oilfield from January to December 2016, and the related influencing factors were investigated by questionnaire. Results in this study, 197 of 746 women had HPV infection, and the infection rate was 26.41%. A total of 24 HPV subtypes were detected.
