【摘要】：正胎兒酒精綜合征(fetal alcohol syndrome,FAS)是母親在妊娠期間酗酒對(duì)胎兒造成的永久性出生缺陷,病情嚴(yán)重程度受母親喝酒的量、頻率及時(shí)間影響。酒精進(jìn)入胎盤并抑制胎兒的成長(zhǎng)及體質(zhì)量,造成其獨(dú)特的臉部小斑,破壞神經(jīng)元及腦部結(jié)構(gòu),并引起體質(zhì)、心智或行為等問(wèn)題。FAS是唯一在國(guó)際疾病分類和有關(guān)健康問(wèn)題的統(tǒng)計(jì)分類中有關(guān)生前酒精暴露的定義名稱,并被編入ICD-9及ICD-10的診斷中。
[Abstract]:Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (fetal alcohol syndrome,FAS) is a permanent birth defect caused by the mother's alcoholism during pregnancy. The severity of the disease is affected by the amount, frequency and time of the mother's drinking. Alcohol enters the placenta and inhibits the growth and body mass of the fetus, causing its unique facial speckles, damaging neurons and brain structures, and causing physical fitness. Mental or behavioral problems. FAS is the only definition of living alcohol exposure in the International Classification of Diseases and the Statistical Classification of Health problems and has been included in the diagnosis of ICD-9 and ICD-10.
