【摘要】：目的探討GnRH括抗劑和GnRH激動劑短方案對卵巢功能低下患者行體外受精超促排卵治療的臨床結(jié)局的比較。方法回顧性分析2015年1月~2016年5月在本中心采用GnRH-ant方案和GnRH-a短方案促排卵行IVF-ET治療患者120例的臨床資料,隨機分成A組與B組,均為60個周期,比較兩組的Gn用量,HCG日相關(guān)激素水平,獲卵率、受精率、優(yōu)胚率等實驗室結(jié)果及臨床妊娠率。結(jié)果 A組的Gn總用量,HCG日雌二醇(E_2)水平,獲卵率,優(yōu)胚率,妊娠率顯著高于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。HCG日LH和P值的水平,A組明顯低于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而兩者在受精率及卵裂率,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對卵巢功能低下患者,GnRH拮抗劑方案較常規(guī)激動劑短方案能提高獲卵率、優(yōu)胚率和臨床妊娠率,無疑是一種較可靠的用藥方案。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical outcome of GnRH and GnRH agonists in the treatment of ovulation hyperstimulation by in vitro fertilization in patients with ovarian dysfunction. Methods from January 2015 to May 2016, the clinical data of 120 patients who were treated with IVF-ET by GnRH-ant regimen and GnRH-a short protocol were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were randomly divided into group A and group B for 60 cycles. The results of laboratory and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups in terms of Gn dosage and HCG-related hormone levels, egg acquisition rate, fertilization rate, embryo rate and so on. Results the total dosage of Gn in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P 0.05). The level of LH and P in group A was significantly lower than that in group B. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in fertilization rate and cleavage rate (P0.05). Conclusion the GnRH antagonist regimen in patients with hypofunctional ovary can increase the rate of oocyte acquisition, embryo and clinical pregnancy, which is a reliable regimen.
