克羅米芬單用或聯(lián)合尿促性素對不同直徑卵泡妊娠的影響

【摘要】:目的探討克羅米芬(CC)單用與CC聯(lián)合尿促性素(HMG)兩種促排卵方案中不同直徑卵泡的臨床妊娠情況。方法采用回顧性病例對照研究,選取行宮腔內(nèi)人工授精治療的143例患者共242個周期,采用CC單用或CC聯(lián)合HMG促排卵治療,比較兩組間臨床妊娠率及流產(chǎn)率,進一步將兩種促排卵方案中妊娠患者按人絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日卵泡直徑分為3組(15~17 mm組、18~20 mm組、≥21 mm組),分析不同直徑卵泡妊娠患者構(gòu)成比及流產(chǎn)率。結(jié)果兩種促排卵方案中,周期妊娠率與流產(chǎn)率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。但兩組中HCG日主導(dǎo)卵泡直徑為18~20 mm組妊娠患者所占比例高于主導(dǎo)卵泡直徑為15~17 mm組及主導(dǎo)卵泡直徑≥21 mm組,且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),3組間流產(chǎn)率均差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CC單用或CC聯(lián)合HMG促排卵治療時宜在主導(dǎo)卵泡直徑為18~20 mm時注射HCG。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical status of follicles with different diameters in ovulation promotion regimen of clomiphene (CC) alone and CC combined with urotropin (HMG). Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted in 143 patients with intrauterine artificial insemination for 242 cycles. Ovulation was treated with CC alone or CC combined with HMG. The clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate were compared between the two groups.
