【摘要】：正隨著孕早期超聲檢查的普遍開(kāi)展及女性生育年齡的推遲,近年來(lái)妊娠期盆腔包塊的發(fā)生率有所增加。所涉及的盆腔包塊除最常見(jiàn)的卵巢腫物外,還應(yīng)注意少數(shù)情況,如:漿膜下子宮肌瘤、卵巢冠囊腫、輸卵管積水、腹膜或大網(wǎng)膜包涵囊腫及腸道來(lái)源的腫物等。盡管大多數(shù)妊娠期盆腔包塊為良性病變,且相當(dāng)比例的卵巢腫物有自然消退的可能,但仍有少數(shù)會(huì)在孕期發(fā)生扭轉(zhuǎn)、破裂或病理檢查提示惡性。故而對(duì)臨
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of pelvic mass in pregnancy has increased with the development of ultrasound examination in early pregnancy and the delay of female reproductive age. In addition to the most common ovarian masses, the pelvic masses involved should be noted in a few cases, such as: subserous hysteromyoma, ovarian coronal cyst, hydrosalpinx, peritoneal or omentum inclusion cyst and intestinal neoplasms. Although most of the pelvic masses in pregnancy are benign lesions, and a considerable proportion of ovarian masses are likely to recede naturally, there are still a few cases where torsion, rupture or pathological examination may indicate malignancy during pregnancy.
