【摘要】：目的:比較不同的胚胎移植管對新鮮體外受精-胚胎移植技術(shù)(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法:自2012年7月至2013年11月,由同一移植醫(yī)生完成前瞻性對照研究,選取在北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心完成IVF-ET/卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)-ET治療的2 064個新鮮胚胎移植周期,分為兩組,組1采用Cook Sydney IVF移植管(型號:K-JETS-7019-SIVF)移植,共949周期,組2采用Frydman~汶CCD管(型號:131230301)移植,共1 115周期,比較不同的移植管對IVF結(jié)局的影響。結(jié)果:在年齡、不孕原因、促排卵方案、平均獲卵數(shù)、平均移植胚胎數(shù)及胚胎評價等基本情況一致的情況下,組1的著床率、臨床妊娠率及活產(chǎn)率均顯著高于組2(34.40%vs.26.92%,51.21%vs.41.52%,42.57%vs.33.09%,P值均0.05),兩組流產(chǎn)率差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(11.93%vs.15.98%,P0.05),組1的困難移植比例高于組2(5.27%vs.3.41%,P0.05),兩組困難移植周期的臨床妊娠率及活產(chǎn)率無顯著差異。結(jié)論:不同移植管可能會影響IVF結(jié)局,COOK Sydney IVF移植管可獲得較好的臨床妊娠結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the effects of different embryo transfer tubes on the pregnancy outcome of fresh IVF-embryo transfer technique (in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET). Methods: from July 2012 to November 2013, a prospective controlled study was conducted by the same transplant doctor. A total of 2 064 fresh embryos were treated with intracytoplasmic sperm injection of IVF-ET/ (intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI) -ET at the Reproductive Medicine Center of Peking University third Hospital, and were divided into two groups. Group 1 was transplanted with a Cook Sydney IVF transfer tube (type 1: K-JETS-7019-SIVF) for a total of 949 cycles. Group 2 was transplanted with Frydman~ Wen CCD tube (No. 1: 131230301) for 1 115 cycles. The effect of different graft tubes on the outcome of IVF was compared. Results: the implantation rate of group 1 was consistent with age, cause of infertility, ovulation promotion program, average number of eggs acquired, average number of embryos transferred and embryo evaluation. The clinical pregnancy rate and live delivery rate were significantly higher in group 2 than in group 2 (34.40vs.26.92and 51.21vs.41.52v s.42.57vs.33.09mg). There was no significant difference in abortion rate between the two groups (11.93vs.15.98p0.05). The proportion of difficult transplantation in group 1 was higher than that in group 2 (5.27vs.3.41P0.05). There was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate between the two groups. Conclusion: different grafts may influence the outcome of IVF.
