【摘要】：目的探討本院生殖門診患者淋巴細胞主動免疫治療對原因不明性復發(fā)性流產(chǎn)不同療程的療效。方法選取本院患者200例,治療組:提取其丈夫淋巴細胞進行主動免疫,孕前及孕后均4次。對照組:同樣進行淋巴細胞主動免疫,孕前4次,孕后只注射1~2次。自孕前免疫治療4次療程完成時開始,18個月后對其封閉抗體轉(zhuǎn)陽率、妊娠成功率等進行比較。結(jié)果 2組比較對照組封閉抗體轉(zhuǎn)陽率、妊娠成功率均低于治療組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論淋巴細胞提取治療免疫原因引起的復發(fā)性流產(chǎn),微創(chuàng),操作簡單,安全經(jīng)濟,療效滿意,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of lymphocyte active immunotherapy on different courses of unexplained recurrent abortion. Methods 200 patients in our hospital were selected, the treatment group: the husband lymphocytes were extracted for active immunization, 4 times before pregnancy and 4 times after pregnancy. Control group: the same lymphocyte active immunization, 4 times before pregnancy, only 1 injection 2 times after pregnancy. At the end of 4 courses of immunotherapy before pregnancy, the positive rate of blocking antibody and the success rate of pregnancy were compared after 18 months. Results the positive rate of blocking antibody and the success rate of pregnancy in the two groups were lower than those in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Lymphocyte extraction in the treatment of recurrent abortion caused by immune causes, minimally invasive, simple operation, safe and economical, satisfactory curative effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
