【摘要】：目的探討miR-145表達(dá)在不同宮頸癌組織中的意義。方法應(yīng)用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)RT-PCR技術(shù),檢測20例正常宮頸組織、20例宮頸鱗狀上皮內(nèi)瘤樣病變(cervical intraepithelial neoplasias,CIN)組織及40例宮頸鱗癌(cervical cancer,CC)Ⅱ期中分化組織中miRNA-145表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果 miR-145的相對表達(dá)量在宮頸癌組織中為(0.400±0.242),明顯低于CIN組織[(0.742±0.419)],低于正常宮頸組織(1.082±0.478),差異有明顯的統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論 miR-145的相對表達(dá)量在正常宮頸組織、CIN組織、宮頸癌組織中逐漸下降,提示miR-145可能參與宮頸癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展。
