【摘要】：目的為婦科腹腔鏡手術(shù)患者探討一種痛苦小、手術(shù)醫(yī)生滿意、操作簡便易行的腸道準(zhǔn)備方法。方法選取2015年1月~12月我院婦科收治的行腹腔鏡手術(shù)患者136例作為研究對象,按入院單雙日,將其分為觀察組72例與對照組64例。觀察組采用復(fù)方聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散清潔腸道,對照組采用甘露醇清潔腸道。觀察兩組患者的效果。結(jié)果觀察組術(shù)前腸道清潔準(zhǔn)備的總有效率為95.83%優(yōu)于對照組的81.25%(P0.05);觀察組服藥前后電解質(zhì)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),對照組服藥前后電解質(zhì)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),且服藥后與觀察組服藥后比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用復(fù)方聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散在婦科腹腔鏡手術(shù)前進(jìn)行腸道清潔準(zhǔn)備效果好,且安全、有效,不良反應(yīng)少,患者耐受性較好,實(shí)施簡便,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a simple and convenient method of intestinal preparation for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients with less pain, satisfactory operation and easy operation. Methods from January to December 2015, 136 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups: observation group (n = 72) and control group (n = 64). Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was used to clean the intestine in the observation group and mannitol was used to clean the intestine in the control group. The effect of the two groups was observed. Results the total effective rate of intestinal cleaning preparation was 95.83% in the observation group and 81.25% in the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in electrolyte between the observation group and the control group (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the difference was statistically significant compared with the observation group (P0.05). Conclusion the use of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in the preparation of intestinal cleaning before gynecological laparoscopic surgery is effective, safe, effective, less adverse reactions, better patient tolerance, simple implementation, and worthy of clinical application.
