【摘要】：目的:研究活血抑異方對(duì)氣滯血瘀型盆腔子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率的影響。方法:選取我院2013年2月至2015年2月74例盆腔子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者為研究對(duì)象,所有患者均行開腹或腹腔鏡保守型手術(shù)。將納入患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,每組37例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療,觀察組給予自擬活血抑異方治療,比較兩組血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)、免疫功能、血管生成因子、性激素、復(fù)發(fā)率、妊娠率、不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:觀察組1年復(fù)發(fā)率、2年復(fù)發(fā)率分別為2.7%、8.1%,顯著低于對(duì)照組的16.2%、27.0%。觀察組治療3個(gè)月后血漿粘度比、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)、血管生成素-2(Ang-2)分別優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:自擬活血抑異方可以通過改變患者血液流變性,改善機(jī)體免疫機(jī)能,調(diào)節(jié)血管生成因子,預(yù)防子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Huoxue Yi Fang on recurrence rate of pelvic endometriosis with Qi stagnation and Blood stasis. Methods: 74 patients with pelvic endometriosis from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected. All patients underwent open or laparoscopic conservative surgery. The patients were divided into observation group (n = 37) and control group (n = 37). The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was treated with self-made Huoxue Yi decoction. The hemorheology index, immune function, angiogenesis factor, sex hormone, recurrence rate, pregnancy rate and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results: the recurrence rates of 1 year and 2 years in the observation group were 2. 7% and 8. 1 respectively, which were significantly lower than that in the control group (16. 2%) and 27. 0% in the control group. The plasma viscosity ratio and immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), endothelial growth factor (VEGF), angiopoietin -2 (Ang-2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment. Conclusion: the self-made prescription of activating blood circulation and Yi can prevent the recurrence of endometriosis after operation by changing the hemorheology, improving the immune function and regulating the angiogenesis factor.
