高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲治療子宮肌瘤及子宮腺肌病130例
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis. Methods: the clinical data of 130 patients with uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis from January 2009 to September 2012 were retrospectively studied. The therapeutic effects of hysteromyoma and adenomyosis were evaluated by ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, color Doppler flow imaging and MRI.The cytological examination was used to compare the improvement of clinical symptoms, the size of myoma or uterine volume before and after treatment. Contrast-enhanced imaging, intrafocal blood flow and echo, pathological changes in tissue and cell structure were evaluated. The incidence of complications and adverse reactions during and after treatment was analyzed. Results: after treatment, 76 cases of uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis were reduced to 14.5 cases of dysmenorrhea in 12 months after treatment. After 12 months of treatment, the uterine volume of 40 patients with adenomyosis was significantly reduced (P0.05). After treatment, the mean reduction rates of the first trimester and the 12th month were 11.1and 22.0and 29.49.0.The volume of 103 myomas in 90 patients with hysteromyoma decreased significantly (P0.05), and the average reduction rate at 12 months after treatment was 45.73.474.3c80.4, respectively. After treatment, there was no perfusion in the tumor, echo enhancement and color blood flow disappeared after treatment. Cytological examination showed the changes of cell destruction and tissue necrosis after treatment. No serious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment. Conclusion: high intensity focused ultrasound is a safe and effective method for the treatment of uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis.
