E-鈣黏素在復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)孕婦妊娠早期滋養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞中的表達(dá)與HPV感染的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的探討復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)孕婦妊娠早期滋養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞中E-鈣黏素表達(dá)狀況,并分析E-鈣黏素與人乳頭狀瘤病毒(HPV)感染間的相關(guān)性。方法選取醫(yī)院2016年1月-12月120例妊娠早期復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)孕婦臨床診治資料,設(shè)為觀察組,另選取120例同期于醫(yī)院行人工流產(chǎn)的正常早期妊娠孕婦作為對照組,采集兩組絨毛標(biāo)本,檢測兩組絨毛滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞中E-鈣黏素表達(dá)狀況,同時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組HPV-DNA感染情況。結(jié)果兩組切片中均可見E-鈣黏素陽性表達(dá),其中觀察組E-鈣黏素陽性者69例,陽性率為57.50%顯著低于對照組E-鈣黏素陽性者111例,陽性率92.50%(P0.05)。觀察組HPV感染者42例,感染率35.00%,顯著高于對照組HPV感染者15例,感染率12.50%(P0.05);觀察組HPV感染中HPV16感染占85.71%,顯著高于對照組40.00%(P0.05)。HPV感染孕婦中E-鈣黏素陽性者為15例,E-鈣黏素陽性率35.71%顯著低于對照組E-鈣黏素陽性者為15例,E-鈣黏素陽性率100.00%(P0.05)。E-鈣黏素表達(dá)與HPV感染進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,兩者呈負(fù)相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 E-鈣黏素在妊娠早期孕婦滋養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞中存在陽性表達(dá),而E-鈣黏素陽性表達(dá)下降可能參與到復(fù)發(fā)流產(chǎn)過程中;孕婦感染HPV尤其是HPV16感染則可能會(huì)致E-鈣黏素異常表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of E-cadherin in trophoblastic cells of pregnant women with recurrent abortion and to analyze the correlation between E-cadherin and human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods 120 pregnant women with early recurrent abortion in hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as observation group and 120 normal early pregnant women who underwent artificial abortion in hospital as control group, and two groups of villi were collected. The expression of E-cadherin in chorionic trophoblast and HPV-DNA infection in two groups were measured. Results the positive expression of E-cadherin was found in both groups. The positive rate of E-cadherin in observation group was 57.50%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (111 cases), the positive rate was 92.50% (P0.05). There were 42 cases of HPV infection in the observation group, and the infection rate was 35.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (15 cases of HPV infection). The infection rate of Ecadherin was 12.50% (P0.05) in the observation group and 85.71% in the HPV infection group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.00%). The positive rate of Ecadherin in 15 pregnant women with HPV infection was 35.71% lower than that in the control group (35.71%). The correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and HPV infection was analyzed in 100.00% (P0.05). There was a negative correlation between them (P0.05). Conclusion there is a positive expression of E-cadherin in trophoblastic cells of pregnant women in early pregnancy, and the decrease of positive expression of E-cadherin may be involved in the process of recurrent abortion, and the abnormal expression of E-cadherin in pregnant women may be caused by HPV infection, especially HPV16 infection.
