【摘要】：正控制性卵巢刺激(control ovarian stimulation,COS)也稱控制性促排卵,是體外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)技術(shù)的重要組成部分。通過COS獲得恰當(dāng)數(shù)量、同步發(fā)育的高質(zhì)量卵子是IVF-ET治療成功的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。卵巢儲備功能是指卵巢內(nèi)存留卵泡的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量,也就是卵巢皮質(zhì)區(qū)卵泡生長、發(fā)育、形成成熟卵母細(xì)胞的能力,通過卵巢儲備可以間接反映卵巢功能和女性的生育能力。
[Abstract]:Positive controlled ovarian stimulation (control ovarian stimulation,COS), also known as controlled ovulation promotion, is an important part of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET) technology. The key to successful treatment of IVF-ET is to obtain an appropriate number of synchronous and high quality eggs through COS. The function of ovarian reserve refers to the quantity and quality of follicles left in ovarian memory, that is, the ability of follicle growth, development and mature oocyte formation in ovarian cortical area, which can indirectly reflect ovarian function and female fertility through ovarian reserve.
