【摘要】：正排卵誘導藥物是指在排卵障礙或輔助生殖技術中用于誘發(fā)排卵的藥物,常用的藥物根據(jù)其作用機制不同主要有以下幾類:(1)促性腺激素(gonadotropin,Gn):包括尿促性素(HMG)、高純度或重組卵泡刺激素(FSH)、重組黃體生成素(LH),用于增加卵泡數(shù)量和促進卵泡發(fā)育;(2)絨促性素(HCG):用于刺激排卵
[Abstract]:Ovulation-inducing drugs refer to the drugs used to induce ovulation in ovulation disorders or assisted reproductive techniques. According to their different mechanisms of action, the commonly used drugs can be divided into the following categories: (1) gonadotropin (Gn): including gonadotropin (HMG), high purity or recombinant follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), recombinant luteinizing hormone (LH), used to increase ovulation. (2) cashmere stimulating hormone (HCG): used to stimulate ovulation.
