【摘要】：目的有卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫的女性發(fā)生卵巢透明細(xì)胞癌和子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌的幾率遠(yuǎn)大于沒有的女性。本研究擬探討卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫惡變的相關(guān)危險因素,為臨床的預(yù)防提供依據(jù)。方法回顧性分析2010-06-30-2015-12-31江蘇省蘇北人民醫(yī)院收治的17例卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫惡變患者(病例組)及51例良性卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫患者(對照組)的臨床資料,采用χ~2檢驗和Logistic回歸分析探討卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫惡變的危險因素。結(jié)果單因素分析顯示,年齡(P0.001)、囊腫直徑(P=0.03)、絕經(jīng)與否(P=0.006)、囊腫有乳頭(P0.001)等因素和卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫惡變相關(guān)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,年齡≥49歲(OR=1.92,P0.05)、絕經(jīng)(OR=3.09,P0.001)、囊腫直徑≥11cm(OR=2.68,P0.05)、囊壁有乳頭(OR=3.63,P0.05)為卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫惡變的危險因素。結(jié)論年齡≥49歲、已絕經(jīng)、囊壁有乳頭、囊腫直徑≥11cm是卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫惡變的獨立危險因素,該類患者囊腫惡變風(fēng)險增大,應(yīng)予以積極的干預(yù)治療。
[Abstract]:Objective the incidence of ovarian clear cell carcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma in women with ovarian endometriosis cysts is much higher than that in women without ovarian endometriosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the risk factors of malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis cysts and to provide evidence for clinical prevention. Methods the clinical data of 17 patients with malignant change of ovarian endometriosis cyst and 51 patients with benign ovarian endometriosis cyst (control group) treated by Jiangsu Provincial people's Hospital from June 30 to May 2015-31 were retrospectively analyzed. 蠂 2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used to study the risk factors of ovarian endometriosis.
