【摘要】：目的探討卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫直徑對不孕患者腹腔鏡下囊腫剝除術(shù)術(shù)后自然妊娠的影響。方法56例卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫導(dǎo)致不孕患者均行腹腔鏡下卵巢囊腫剝除術(shù),根據(jù)囊腫直徑分為≤4 cm者組24例、4 cm者組32例。均在腹腔鏡下行卵巢囊腫剝除術(shù),術(shù)后1個月即監(jiān)測排卵,指導(dǎo)受孕。期待自然妊娠半年,對未孕者行促排卵治療。隨訪術(shù)后1年內(nèi)自然妊娠情況。結(jié)果 56例患者兩組均成功完成手術(shù)。術(shù)后半年4 cm者組自然妊娠率明顯高于≤4 cm者組;4 cm者組術(shù)后1年累計妊娠率(68.8%)明顯高于≤4 cm者組(37.5%),P0.05;兩者組自然流產(chǎn)率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論直徑4 cm的卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫患者術(shù)后自然妊娠率高于直徑4 cm者。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ovarian endometriosis cyst diameter on spontaneous pregnancy in infertile patients after laparoscopic cystectomy. Methods Fifty-six patients with infertility caused by ovarian endometriosis cysts were treated with laparoscopic excision of ovarian cysts. According to the diameter of ovarian cysts, the cysts were divided into two groups: 24 cases with 4 cm and 24 cases with 4 cm. Ovarian cyst excision was performed under laparoscope. Ovulation was monitored 1 month after operation to guide pregnancy. Look forward to natural pregnancy for half a year, ovulation promotion treatment for those who are not pregnant. Natural pregnancy was followed up for 1 year. Results the operation was successfully completed in both groups of 56 patients. The spontaneous pregnancy rate in 4 cm group was significantly higher than that in 4 cm 鈮，
