【摘要】：目的探討青春期多囊卵巢綜合征患者接受二甲雙胍+達(dá)英-35聯(lián)合治療對(duì)其卵巢功能的影響。方法選取青春期多囊卵巢綜合征患者76例為研究對(duì)象,按照抽簽分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組各38例,分別行單純性達(dá)英-35療法、二甲雙胍+達(dá)英-35聯(lián)合療法,對(duì)比兩組療效。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組治療有效率94.74%較對(duì)照組68.42%高,E2(106.32±20.8)pmol/L、T(1.62±0.51)mmol/L、LH(8.60±2.63)U/L較對(duì)照組的(120.35±21.23)pmol/L、(2.14±1.12)mmol/L、(14.95±3.75)U/L低,LH/FSH(10.32±2.24)、FSH(10.32±2.23)U/L較對(duì)照組的(8.83±2.06)、(8.85±2.03)U/L高,且胰島素抵抗(1.25±0.46)較對(duì)照組(2.57±0.61)明顯下降,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)青春期多囊卵巢綜合征患者行二甲雙胍+達(dá)英-35聯(lián)合治療療效確切,能有效調(diào)節(jié)其卵巢功能,改善胰島素抵抗,值得臨床積極借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of metformin-35 on ovarian function in adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
