【摘要】：目的探討青春期多囊卵巢綜合征患者接受二甲雙胍+達英-35聯(lián)合治療對其卵巢功能的影響。方法選取青春期多囊卵巢綜合征患者76例為研究對象,按照抽簽分為對照組和試驗組各38例,分別行單純性達英-35療法、二甲雙胍+達英-35聯(lián)合療法,對比兩組療效。結(jié)果試驗組治療有效率94.74%較對照組68.42%高,E2(106.32±20.8)pmol/L、T(1.62±0.51)mmol/L、LH(8.60±2.63)U/L較對照組的(120.35±21.23)pmol/L、(2.14±1.12)mmol/L、(14.95±3.75)U/L低,LH/FSH(10.32±2.24)、FSH(10.32±2.23)U/L較對照組的(8.83±2.06)、(8.85±2.03)U/L高,且胰島素抵抗(1.25±0.46)較對照組(2.57±0.61)明顯下降,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對青春期多囊卵巢綜合征患者行二甲雙胍+達英-35聯(lián)合治療療效確切,能有效調(diào)節(jié)其卵巢功能,改善胰島素抵抗,值得臨床積極借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of metformin-35 on ovarian function in adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods 76 cases of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into two groups according to drawing lots, 38 cases in control group and 38 cases in test group.
