【摘要】：目的:探討鈣結(jié)合蛋白S100A14與晚期糖基化終產(chǎn)物受體(RAGE)在宮頸鱗癌組織中的表達及臨床意義。方法:免疫組化法檢測S100A14與RAGE在23例正常宮頸、76例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CIN)及102例宮頸鱗癌組織中的表達,探討S100A14與RAGE表達與宮頸癌臨床病理指標的關系。對102例宮頸鱗癌患者進行術后隨訪,分析S100A14與RAGE表達與預后的關系。結(jié)果:S100A14和RAGE在正常宮頸到宮頸鱗癌組織中的表達均呈遞增趨勢(P0.05)。宮頸鱗癌中S100A14和RAGE表達與FIGO分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和深層間質(zhì)浸潤有關(P0.05);RAGE表達與腫瘤大小有關,與分化無關;但S100A14與分化有關,與腫瘤大小無關。S100A14與RAGE在宮頸鱗癌中表達呈正相關(P0.05)。S100A14和RAGE高表達組分別與低表達組相比較,生存率均明顯降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:S100A14與RAGE在宮頸鱗癌中均表達上調(diào),其表達升高與宮頸鱗癌的發(fā)生、浸潤及轉(zhuǎn)移相關,可能成為治療宮頸鱗癌的新靶點和評估預后的有力指標。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of calcium binding protein (S100A14) and advanced glycation end product receptor (RAGE) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of S100A14 and RAGE in 76 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 102 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and to explore the relationship between the expression of S100A14 and RAGE and the clinicopathological indexes of cervical carcinoma. The expression of S100A14, RAGE and prognosis were analyzed in 102 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Results both the expression of S100A14 and RAGE in normal cervix and cervix squamous cell carcinoma showed an increasing trend (P0.05). The expression of S100A14 and RAGE in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was related to FIGO stage, lymph node metastasis and deep interstitial infiltration (P0.05). The expression of rage was related to tumor size, but not to differentiation, but S100A14 was related to differentiation. There was a positive correlation between S100A14 and RAGE expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (P0.05). The survival rate of S100A14 and RAGE high expression group was significantly lower than that of low expression group (P0.05). Conclusion both the expression of S100A14 and RAGE are up-regulated in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, which is related to the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix, and may be a new target for the treatment of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and a powerful index for evaluating the prognosis.
