【摘要】：目的探討卵母細(xì)胞玻璃化冷凍后解凍行體外受精-胚胎移植的臨床結(jié)局。方法回顧性分析2010年1月至2014年10月北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心68例不孕癥患者卵母細(xì)胞玻璃化冷凍后解凍行體外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)的復(fù)蘇率、2PN受精率、胚胎著床率、流產(chǎn)率和分娩率等臨床結(jié)局。結(jié)果解凍玻璃化凍存的卵母細(xì)胞756枚,復(fù)蘇率80.69%(610/756),其中MII卵母細(xì)胞519枚,2PN受精率53.56%(278/519)。68例患者中,12例無(wú)胚胎形成,占17.65%。56例患者共移植66個(gè)周期,其中新鮮胚胎移植51個(gè)周期,解凍胚胎移植15個(gè)周期。新鮮胚胎移植51個(gè)周期的臨床妊娠率為54.90%(28/51),活胎分娩率為45.10%(23/51)。解凍胚胎移植15個(gè)周期的臨床妊娠率為60.00%(9/15),活胎分娩率為46.67%(7/15)。累積妊娠率為55.88%(38/68)。每解凍一枚卵母細(xì)胞獲得活胎分娩率為5.03%(38/756)。結(jié)論卵母細(xì)胞玻璃化冷凍技術(shù)在取卵日不能獲得精子的患者中應(yīng)用,可以獲得良好的妊娠結(jié)局。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer after vitrification and thawing of oocytes. Methods from January 2010 to October 2014, the resuscitation rate and 2PN fertilization rate of 68 infertile oocytes from the Reproductive Medicine Center of the third Hospital of Peking University after vitrification and thawing for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET) were analyzed retrospectively. Embryo implantation rate, abortion rate and delivery rate, and other clinical outcomes. Results there were 756 oocytes in thawed vitrification, and the recovery rate was 80.69% (610 / 756). The fertilization rate of 519 MII oocytes was 53.56% (278 / 519). There was no embryogenesis in 12 of 68 patients, accounting for 17.65.56 of them, the fresh embryos were transferred for 51 cycles. Thawed embryos were transferred for 15 cycles. The clinical pregnancy rate of 51 cycles of fresh embryo transfer was 54.90% (28 / 51), and the delivery rate of live fetus was 45.10% (23 / 51). The clinical pregnancy rate was 60.00% (9 / 15) and the delivery rate of live fetus was 46.67% (7 / 15) in 15 cycles of thawed embryo transfer. The cumulative pregnancy rate was 55.88% (38 / 68). The rate of delivery of live fetus per thawed oocyte was 5.03% (38 / 756). Conclusion vitrified cryopreservation of oocytes can obtain good pregnancy outcome in patients who can not obtain sperm on the day of oocyte collection.
