【摘要】：正近年來(lái),隨著影像學(xué)技術(shù)及分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,我國(guó)產(chǎn)前診斷水平日新月異,越來(lái)越多的胎兒疾病得以產(chǎn)前診斷。對(duì)于危及胎兒宮內(nèi)安全或嚴(yán)重影響其生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的疾病,積極予以胎兒宮內(nèi)干預(yù),進(jìn)而提高圍產(chǎn)兒生存率,改善預(yù)后。胎兒外科手術(shù)(fetal surgery)作為胎兒醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的重要方面,已贏得了產(chǎn)科工作者的普遍關(guān)注。目前,國(guó)際上對(duì)胎兒手術(shù)療效最為肯定的疾病主要是一些復(fù)雜雙胎疾病及先天結(jié)構(gòu)異常疾病,如雙胎輸
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of imaging technology and molecular biology technology, the level of prenatal diagnosis in China is changing with each passing day, and more fetal diseases can be diagnosed before birth. In order to improve the perinatal survival rate and improve the prognosis, the fetal intrauterine intervention should be actively given for diseases that endanger the safety of the fetus or seriously affect its growth and development. As an important aspect of the development of fetal medicine, fetal surgical (fetal surgery) has won the attention of obstetrics workers. At present, the most positive diseases in the world for the effect of fetal surgery are some complex twin diseases and congenital structural disorders, such as twin transfusions.
