【摘要】：目的:探討自動痔瘡套扎術(shù)(ruiyun procedurefor hemorrhoid,RPH)治療妊娠合并痔瘡的臨床療效。方法:將2012年1月至2014年7月妊娠合并痔瘡的184例患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組各92例,觀察組應(yīng)用自動痔瘡套扎術(shù)(RPH)治療,對照組采用傳統(tǒng)外剝內(nèi)扎術(shù)治療,分析兩組的手術(shù)時間、術(shù)后疼痛評分、痊愈時間、一般并發(fā)癥、產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥、有效率等情況。結(jié)果:觀察組手術(shù)時間、術(shù)后疼痛評分、痊愈時間均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01);但兩組在一般并發(fā)癥、產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥及有效率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。隨訪3~12個月無嚴重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,母嬰均平安。結(jié)論:自動痔瘡套扎術(shù)(RPH)治療妊娠合并痔瘡無需麻醉,損傷小,痛苦小,恢復(fù)快,安全有效,可成為妊娠期痔瘡患者保守治療之外的首選,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids (ruiyun procedurefor hemorrhoid,RPH) on pregnancy with hemorrhoids. Methods: 184 cases of pregnancy complicated with hemorrhoids from January 2012 to July 2014 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 92) and control group (n = 92). The observation group was treated with automatic hemorrhoids ligation (RPH), while the control group was treated with traditional external exfoliation and internal ligation. The operative time, postoperative pain score, recovery time, general complications, obstetrical complications, effective rate and so on were analyzed. Results: the operation time, postoperative pain score and recovery time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in general complications, obstetric complications and effective rate (P0.05). There were no serious complications during 3 ~ 12 months follow-up, and the mother and infant were safe. Conclusion: automatic hemorrhoids ligation (RPH) for pregnancy with hemorrhoids without anesthesia, less injury, less pain, quick recovery, safe and effective, can become the first choice for the conservative treatment of pregnancy hemorrhoids patients, worthy of clinical promotion.
