【摘要】：巨噬細(xì)胞是母-胎界面第二大類白細(xì)胞,在宿主防御、血管生成、免疫調(diào)節(jié)和組織重構(gòu)方面發(fā)揮重要作用。母-胎界面異常激活的巨噬細(xì)胞會(huì)影響滋養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞功能以及胎盤發(fā)育,引發(fā)早產(chǎn)、先兆子癇等妊娠并發(fā)癥。本文就母-胎界面巨噬細(xì)胞的特點(diǎn)及其在正常妊娠和病理妊娠中的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Macrophages are the second largest type of leukocytes in the maternal-fetal interface, and play an important role in host defense, angiogenesis, immunomodulation and tissue remodeling. Abnormal activation of macrophages at the maternal-fetal interface affects trophoblast function and placental development, leading to preterm labor, preeclampsia and other pregnancy complications. This article reviews the characteristics of macrophages at the maternal-fetal interface and their advances in normal and pathological pregnancies.
