【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用微柱凝膠試劑卡、微柱玻璃珠試劑卡、經(jīng)典試管法同時(shí)檢測(cè)夫婦ABO血型不合的O型孕婦IgG血型抗體效價(jià),探討微柱凝膠試劑卡、微柱玻璃珠試劑卡檢測(cè)孕婦血型抗體效價(jià)的界值。方法用微柱凝膠試劑卡、微柱玻璃珠試劑卡、經(jīng)典試管法平行檢測(cè)O型血孕婦Ig G血型抗體效價(jià)。結(jié)果微柱凝膠試劑卡、微柱玻璃珠試劑卡以1∶128為界值與試管法1∶64比較,陽性檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論使用微柱凝膠試劑卡、微柱玻璃珠試劑卡檢測(cè)O型孕婦IgG血型抗體效價(jià)的臨床參考值應(yīng)設(shè)為≥1∶128。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the antibody titer of IgG blood group of O type pregnant women with ABO blood group incompatibility by using microcolumn gel reagent card, microcolumn glass bead reagent card and classical test tube method, and to explore the microcolumn gel reagent card. Detection of blood group antibody titer of pregnant women with microcolumn glass bead reagent card. Methods the antibody titers of Ig G blood group of pregnant women with O type blood were detected by microcolumn gel reagent card, glass beads reagent card and classical test tube method. Results compared with the test tube method at 1:64, there was no significant difference in the positive rate between microcolumn gel reagent card and microcolumn glass bead reagent card with 1: 128 as the cutoff value (P0.05). Conclusion the clinical reference value for detecting IgG blood group antibody titer of O type pregnant women with microcolumn gel reagent card and microcolumn glass bead reagent card should be 鈮，
