妊娠期高血壓疾病患者血漿氨基末端腦鈉尿肽前體及高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白與疾病嚴(yán)重程度的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的探討妊娠期高血壓疾病(HDCP)患者血漿氨基末端腦鈉尿肽前體(NT-proBNP)及高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hsCRP)與疾病嚴(yán)重程度的關(guān)系。方法選取2012年3月至2014年6月97例因妊娠期間初發(fā)高血壓就診患者為研究對(duì)象,按入院時(shí)病情分為重度子癇前期組(重度子癇前期患者33例)和非重度子癇前期組(妊娠高血壓及輕度子癇前期患者64例),另外選取同期同孕周正常健康妊娠婦女60人為對(duì)照組。記錄孕婦收縮壓及舒張壓水平,檢測(cè)孕婦血漿NT-proBNP、hsCRP;將HDCP孕婦血漿NT-proBNP、hsCRP按照中位數(shù)分為兩組,比較各組出現(xiàn)不同病情高血壓疾病的構(gòu)成比。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,重度子癇前期組及非重度子癇前期組孕婦的血漿NT-proBNP、hsCRP水平、24h定量尿蛋白、收縮壓、舒張壓較高(均P0.05),但重度子癇前期組與非重度子癇前期組間上述指標(biāo)水平的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與NT-proBNP≤263.6ng/L組比較,NT-proBNP263.6ng/L組孕婦hsCRP水平較高(P0.05),重度子癇前期構(gòu)成比亦較高(P0.05);與hsCRP≤6.83 mg/L組比較,hsCRP6.83mg/L組孕婦血漿NT-proBNP水平較高(P0.05),重度子癇前期構(gòu)成比亦較高(P0.05)。結(jié)論 HDCP患者血漿NT-proBNP、hsCRP水平隨著病情發(fā)展不斷升高,與重度子癇的發(fā)生密切相關(guān)。
