【摘要】：正患者,女,31歲,因"經(jīng)期延長5個(gè)月",于2010年10月7日收入院。既往月經(jīng)規(guī)律,曾于20個(gè)月前因"妊娠期高血壓疾病,孕7月"行剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)。近5個(gè)月出現(xiàn)經(jīng)期延長至10天余,外院曾予黃體酮后半周期治療2月無效。我院婦科檢查無明顯異常,B超示子宮飽滿,55mm×56mm×54mm大,肌層血管彌漫性擴(kuò)張,宮腔內(nèi)中低回聲19mm×18mm×18mm,內(nèi)部見血流信
[Abstract]:The patient, 31 years old, was admitted to the hospital on October 7, 2010 because of her menstrual extension of 5 months. Previous menstruation, 20 months ago due to hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, 7 months after cesarean section. The menstrual period was extended to more than 10 days in the last 5 months. There was no obvious abnormality in gynecological examination in our hospital. B-mode ultrasound showed that the uterus was full 55 mm 脳 56mm 脳 54mm, the muscular blood vessels were diffusely dilated, and the intrauterine medium and low echo 19mm 脳 18mm 脳 18 mm were found in the uterine cavity. The blood flow information was found in the uterus.
