【摘要】：目的分析探討多種因素對供精人工授精(AID)妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法回顧性分析2013年1月-2015年12月期間在本中心治療的10 690個(gè)AID周期,對女方年齡、不孕年限、治療方案、輸卵管通暢程度、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、每周期排卵數(shù)、每周期A I D授精次數(shù)、精子凍融復(fù)蘇后濃度、精子凍融復(fù)蘇后活動率、精子凍融復(fù)蘇后前向運(yùn)動精子總數(shù)與術(shù)后妊娠結(jié)局進(jìn)行χ~2和多因素Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果年齡≤30歲婦女的妊娠機(jī)會是年齡35歲者的1.934倍(OR=1.934,P0.001)、年齡31~35歲婦女的妊娠機(jī)會是35歲者的1.511倍(OR=1.511,P0.001),自然周期婦女妊娠機(jī)會是促排卵周期者的1.307倍(OR=1.307,P0.001),每周期AID授精2次的婦女妊娠機(jī)會是1次組的1.486倍(OR=1.486,P=0.001),每周期AID授精3次的婦女妊娠機(jī)會是1次組的1.338倍(OR=1.338,P=0.020),每周期排卵2個(gè)的婦女妊娠機(jī)會是排1個(gè)卵組的1.362倍(OR=1.362,P=0.001),每周期排卵3個(gè)的婦女妊娠機(jī)會是排卵1個(gè)組的1.499倍(OR=1.499,P=0.004),精子凍融復(fù)蘇后活動率60%的婦女妊娠機(jī)會是≤60%組的1.211倍(OR=1.211,P=0.038),精子凍融復(fù)蘇后前向運(yùn)動精子總數(shù)≥35×10~6的婦女妊娠機(jī)會是≤25×10~6組的1.319倍(OR=1.319,P=0.011)。結(jié)論女方年齡≤35歲、每周期排卵2~3個(gè)、每周期AID授精2~3次、精子凍融復(fù)蘇后活動率60%和精子凍融復(fù)蘇后前向運(yùn)動精子總數(shù)≥35×10~6能提高授精婦女的妊娠幾率;在患者無明顯排卵障礙的情況下,應(yīng)首選自然周期。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of many factors on pregnancy outcome of donor artificial insemination (AID). Methods from January 2013 to December 2015, 10,690 AID cycles were retrospectively analyzed. The age of the female, the length of infertility, the treatment plan, the degree of tubal patency, the thickness of endometrium, the number of ovulation per cycle were analyzed retrospectively.
