癌超甲基化基因1蛋白和卵巢癌基因1蛋白在卵巢癌組織中的表達(dá)及意義研究

【摘要】:目的研究卵巢癌組織中癌超甲基化基因1蛋白和卵巢癌基因1蛋白的表達(dá)情況及其與卵巢癌病理特點(diǎn)的關(guān)系,探討其在卵巢癌中的意義。方法選擇2014-2015年在該院婦產(chǎn)科手術(shù)切除卵巢癌組織標(biāo)本63例和正常卵巢組織標(biāo)本63例作為研究對(duì)象。采用Western blot法測(cè)定卵巢癌組織和正常卵巢組織中癌超甲基化基因1蛋白和卵巢癌基因1蛋白的表達(dá)情況,并分析其與卵巢癌病理特點(diǎn)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果卵巢癌組織中癌超甲基化基因1蛋白、卵巢癌基因1蛋白的表達(dá)量明顯低于正常卵巢組織(P0.05)。癌超甲基化基因1蛋白在不同卵巢癌分期、不同分化程度和不同病理類(lèi)型中的表達(dá)量比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在卵巢癌Ⅰ期中卵巢癌基因1蛋白的表達(dá)高于卵巢癌Ⅱ期和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期(P0.05),Ⅱ期的表達(dá)量高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期(P0.05);高分化的表達(dá)量高于中分化和低分化(P0.05),中分化和低分化的表達(dá)量比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);卵巢癌基因1蛋白在卵巢癌不同病理類(lèi)型中的表達(dá)比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論癌超甲基化基因1蛋白失活可能只參與卵巢癌的發(fā)生,卵巢癌基因1蛋白和卵巢癌的發(fā)展有一定關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of oncohypermethylated gene 1 protein and ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in ovarian cancer and their relationship with the pathological features of ovarian cancer and their significance in ovarian cancer.
