【摘要】：目的分析城市女性宮頸癌機(jī)會(huì)性篩查接受障礙原因及影響因素,提出促進(jìn)女性宮頸癌篩查的策略與建議。方法對(duì)2009年1月—2015年3月隨機(jī)抽取的重慶市內(nèi)8家醫(yī)院就診的女性進(jìn)行宮頸癌篩查接受意愿問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果有效問卷11 965(98.9%)份,16.77%受訪者不愿意接受宮頸癌機(jī)會(huì)性篩查,接受障礙前3位原因?yàn)?認(rèn)為沒有必要,相信自己沒有問題"占44.44%,"不愿意或害怕婦科檢查"占30.39%,"不知道篩查的意義"占10.71%。多因素logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡越小,文化程度越低越不愿意接受篩查;無業(yè)、未生育和生產(chǎn)次數(shù)≥3者,沒有聽說過宮頸癌、不知道宮頸癌篩查目的者均不愿意接受篩查。結(jié)論缺乏健康意識(shí)為篩查接受障礙的主要原因,建議增強(qiáng)宮頸癌篩查相關(guān)知識(shí)傳播及認(rèn)知,重點(diǎn)在青年女性、低學(xué)歷、無業(yè)及未生育者、不了解宮頸癌及篩查者。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes and influencing factors of acceptance disorder in urban women with cervical cancer opportunistic screening, and to put forward the strategies and suggestions to promote the screening of female cervical cancer. Methods from January 2009 to March 2015, a questionnaire survey was conducted on cervical cancer screening among women selected randomly from 8 hospitals in Chongqing. Results 11 965 (98.9%) respondents were not willing to be screened for cervical cancer. The proportion of "not willing or afraid of gynecological examination" was 30.39, and that of "not knowing the significance of screening" accounted for 10.71. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the younger the age, the lower the education level, the less willing to be screened, and those who were unemployed, had not given birth or had more than 3 births, had not heard of cervical cancer, and those who did not know the purpose of cervical cancer screening were unwilling to be screened. Conclusion lack of health awareness is the main reason of screening acceptance disorder. It is suggested to enhance the knowledge transmission and cognition of cervical cancer screening, with emphasis on young women, low education, unemployed and childless, and lack of understanding of cervical cancer and screening.
