【摘要】：【目的】研究宮腔內(nèi)人工授精(IUI)中洗精后前向運動精子數(shù)目少的病人行IUI獲得妊娠的機會,以及其前向運動精子總數(shù)與妊娠率的關系�！痉椒ā炕仡櫺苑治鲋猩酱髮W附屬第一醫(yī)院于2012-2014期間的IUI治療周期。根據(jù)洗滌后的前向運動精子總數(shù)(TPMSC),將TPMSC10.0×106的周期納入研究,分析其妊娠結局;為進一步分析此部分病人中影響其妊娠率的因素,尤其是TPMSC(106)與妊娠率的關系,將病人分為四組:0.1~0.5,0.5~1.0,1.0~5.0,5.0~10.0,比較各組間的妊娠結局�！窘Y果】TPMSC10.0×106的IUI周期共1 056例,周期妊娠率為12.3%,流產(chǎn)率為16.2%,活嬰出生率為83.9%。洗精后TPMSC0.1×106的患者均未獲得妊娠,在0.1×106≤TPMSC10.0×106范圍內(nèi),各組的周期妊娠率分別為14.4%、10.6%、12.5%和12.0%,組間妊娠率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,經(jīng)Logistic回歸分析顯示,在0.1×106≤TPMSC10.0×106的病人中,IUI的妊娠率受女方年齡、不孕因素與不孕年限的影響,TPMSC不影響IUI的妊娠率�！窘Y論】精液離心洗滌后前向運動精子總數(shù)少的病人,在一定的TPMSC范圍內(nèi)(0.1×106),通過IUI治療可以獲得較滿意的妊娠率,TPMSC與妊娠率無相關性。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the chance of pregnancy by IUI in patients with low number of backward motility sperm in intrauterine artificial insemination (IUI). [methods] the period of IUI treatment in the first affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from 2012 to 2014 was analyzed retrospectively. The period of TPMSC10.0 脳 10 ~ 6 was included in the study according to the total number of motile sperm after washing, and the pregnancy outcome was analyzed.
