【摘要】：目的：通過對卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者術(shù)后服用中藥聯(lián)合GnRH-a與GnRH-a對照,了解中藥聯(lián)合GnRH-a有效地預(yù)防卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥術(shù)后的復(fù)發(fā)情況,對中藥預(yù)防應(yīng)用GnRH-a而出現(xiàn)絕經(jīng)綜合征進(jìn)行臨床觀察。方法：將2012年1月-2012年12月新疆維吾爾族自治區(qū)中醫(yī)醫(yī)院行腹腔鏡保守性手術(shù)治療,經(jīng)病理證實(shí)為卵巢型子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥34例患者分為兩組,術(shù)后輔助中藥聯(lián)合GnRH-al5例,將其設(shè)為A組；術(shù)后GnRH-a19例,將其設(shè)為B組。隨訪觀察2組患者治療后的復(fù)發(fā)率,及實(shí)際臨床癥狀改善情況。結(jié)果：通過對A、B兩組患者治療后癥候、體征比較,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說明治療后A組(中藥聯(lián)合GnRH-a)改善患者的癥候、體征明顯優(yōu)于B組(GnRH-a),且A組復(fù)發(fā)率低于B組。通過對A、B組患者治療后Kuppermann評分進(jìn)行比較,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,A組絕經(jīng)綜合征癥狀較B組改善明顯。結(jié)論：A組(中藥聯(lián)合GnRH-a)治療卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥術(shù)后的復(fù)發(fā)率較B組(GnRH-a)低,且中藥可以有效地防治絕經(jīng)綜合征癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Chinese medicine combined with GnRH-a on preventing the recurrence of ovarian endometriosis after operation by taking Chinese medicine combined with GnRH-a and GnRH-a in patients with ovarian endometriosis. The clinical observation on the menopausal syndrome caused by the preventive application of GnRH-a in traditional Chinese medicine was carried out. Methods: from January 2012 to December 2012, 34 patients with ovarian endometriosis were treated by laparoscopic conservative surgery in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2012 to December 2012. The patients were divided into group A and group B after GnRH-a19. The recurrence rate and the improvement of clinical symptoms were observed after treatment. Results: there was significant difference in symptoms and signs between group A and group B after treatment (P 0.05). The results showed that group A (Chinese herbal medicine combined with GnRH-a) improved the symptoms of patients after treatment, the signs were obviously better than group B (GnRH-a), and the recurrence rate of group A was lower than that of group B. After treatment, the Kuppermann score of group A was compared with that of group B (P 0.05). There was significant difference in the symptoms of menopausal syndrome between group A and group B. the symptoms of menopausal syndrome in group A were significantly improved than those in group B. Conclusion the recurrence rate of group A (Chinese herbal medicine combined with GnRH-a) is lower than that of group B (GnRH-a), and Chinese medicine can effectively prevent and treat the symptoms of menopausal syndrome.
