肥胖產婦血脂水平與DNA損傷及總抗氧化能力水平的相關性研究

【摘要】:目的血脂代謝異常所致的DNA損傷很可能與自然流產、胎膜早破、子癇前期等有著密切的關系。文中旨在探討肥胖產婦血脂水平與DNA損傷及總抗氧化能力水平的相關性。方法選取2011年8月至2012年8月于天津醫(yī)科大學第四中心臨床學院門診進行系統(tǒng)產科檢查的妊娠女性120例為研究對象,按照體重指數(shù)(BMI)分為肥胖組(BMI≥28 kg/m2,n=75)和正常組(BMI28 kg/m2且孕期體重增長≤15 kg,n=45)。比較分析2組血脂水平、DNA損傷情況與總抗氧化能力水平,并分析肥胖組血脂水平與DNA損傷及總抗氧化能力水平的相關性。結果肥胖組總膽固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-c)水平均顯著高于正常組(P0.01、P0.01、P=0.004);高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平顯著低于正常組(P=0.006)。肥胖組尾力矩顯著高于正常組(P0.01),且總抗氧化能力水平顯著高于正常組(P=0.000)。DNA損傷與總膽固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-c水平呈正相關(r=0.23,P=0.026;r=0.26,P=0.008;r=0.19,P=0.032);總抗氧化能力與三酰甘油水平呈正相關(r=0.32,P0.01)。結論肥胖產婦妊娠期間常出現(xiàn)血脂代謝紊亂及體內氧化與抗氧化水平失衡;DNA損傷與血清總膽固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-c水平呈顯著正相關,總抗氧化能力水平與三酰甘油水平呈顯著正相關。
