【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者29歲,因"孕34+周,惡心嘔吐2d,胎動(dòng)減少1d"于2013年6月23日入武漢市第三醫(yī)院�；颊哒麄�(gè)孕期一直有惡心嘔吐癥狀,每日進(jìn)食少,未治療。孕期體重增加5.6kg。2d前進(jìn)食冷飲后惡心嘔吐明顯加重,無(wú)法進(jìn)食,無(wú)明顯口干、多飲、多尿等癥狀,于入院前一夜在急診科就診,行補(bǔ)液止吐處理。入院當(dāng)天上午在產(chǎn)科門診就診,胎心音消失,行超聲檢查提示晚孕,單死胎�；颊咴衅谛姓�(guī)產(chǎn)檢,孕26周行OGTT結(jié)果顯示空腹血糖4.9mmol/L、
[Abstract]:The patient, 29 years old, was admitted to Wuhan third Hospital on June 23, 2013 because of "34 weeks of pregnancy, 2 days of nausea and vomiting, 1 d of fetal motility reduction". The patient throughout pregnancy has been nausea and vomiting symptoms, eat less daily, untreated. The nausea and vomiting after eating cold drink before weight gain during pregnancy was aggravation, unable to eat, and no obvious symptoms such as dry mouth, polyhydration, polyuria, etc., which were treated in the emergency department one night before admission to hospital and treated with fluid resuscitation to stop vomiting. On the morning of admission, the fetal heart sound disappeared. Ultrasound examination showed late pregnancy and single stillbirth. During pregnancy, the patient underwent a regular birth test, and at 26 weeks of gestation, the results of OGTT showed that fasting blood glucose was 4.9 mmol / L,
