賴氨酰氧化酶在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達(dá)及意義

【摘要】:目的探討賴氨酰氧化酶(LOX)在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織、子宮內(nèi)膜良性增生組織中的表達(dá)規(guī)律及其與子宮內(nèi)膜癌預(yù)后指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。方法應(yīng)用免疫組化法檢測(cè)53例子宮內(nèi)膜癌、90例子宮內(nèi)膜單純性增生及復(fù)雜性增生組織中LOX蛋白的表達(dá),比較LOX蛋白在良、惡性子宮內(nèi)膜病變組織中表達(dá)的差異,分析LOX蛋白的表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的臨床分期、是否存在淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及細(xì)胞分化程度等預(yù)后指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 LOX蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中的陽性表達(dá)率為52.8%,在子宮內(nèi)膜復(fù)雜性增生組織中的表達(dá)率為32.5%,子宮內(nèi)膜單純性增生組織中的表達(dá)率為24.0%。子宮內(nèi)膜癌、子宮內(nèi)復(fù)雜性增生及子宮內(nèi)膜單純性增生組織中LOX蛋白表達(dá)率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.008)。子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中LOX蛋白的表達(dá)與臨床分期、細(xì)胞分化及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有相關(guān)性。Ⅰ~Ⅳ期子宮內(nèi)膜癌陽性表達(dá)率分別為31.6%、50.0%、78.6%和75.0%,組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.006)。在高、中、低分化組的陽性表達(dá)率分別為32.0%、60.0%、84.6%,組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.007);有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組的陽性率為78.6%及43.7%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.025)。結(jié)論子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中LOX表達(dá)明顯高于子宮內(nèi)膜復(fù)雜性增生及子宮內(nèi)膜單純性增生,LOX參與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的侵襲及轉(zhuǎn)移的病理過程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of lysyl oxidase (LOX) in endometrial carcinoma and endometrial benign hyperplasia and its correlation with the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of LOX protein in 53 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 90 cases of endometrial simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia, and to compare the expression of LOX protein in benign and malignant endometrial lesions. To analyze the correlation between the expression of LOX protein and the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and cell differentiation of endometrial carcinoma.
