【摘要】：目的:比較氯喹那多-普羅雌烯與硝酸咪康唑治療單純性外陰陰道假絲酵母菌病(VCC)的療效與安全性。方法:回顧性分析231例單純性VCC患者資料,按用藥方案的不同分為觀察組(116例)和對(duì)照組(115例)。觀察組患者給予氯喹那多-普羅雌烯陰道片0.2 g,每晚1次,陰道上藥。對(duì)照組患者給予硝酸咪康唑栓200 mg,每晚1次,陰道上藥。兩組均以7 d為1個(gè)療程。觀察兩組患者第1次及第2次復(fù)查時(shí)的臨床療效,第2次復(fù)查時(shí)兩組總有效患者的癥狀緩解時(shí)間及復(fù)發(fā)情況,并記錄兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:第1次、第2次復(fù)查時(shí)兩組患者總有效率及第2次復(fù)查時(shí)兩組總有效患者癥狀緩解時(shí)間比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。第2次復(fù)查時(shí),觀察組總有效患者復(fù)發(fā)率顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:氯喹那多-普羅雌烯與硝酸咪康唑治療單純性VCC療效和安全性均相當(dāng),但氯喹那多-普羅雌烯在降低復(fù)發(fā)率方面優(yōu)于硝酸咪康唑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the efficacy and safety of chloroquinado-praestriene and miconazole nitrate in the treatment of simple vulvovaginal candidiasis (VCC). Methods: the data of 231 patients with simple VCC were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group (116 cases) and control group (115 cases). The patients in the observation group were given 2. 2 g chloroquinado-proestrin vaginal tablets once a night. Patients in the control group were given miconazole nitrate suppository 200 mg, once a night, vaginal administration. Both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment. To observe the clinical effect of the first and second reexamination of the two groups, the time of symptom remission and recurrence of the total effective patients in the two groups at the second time, and to record the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups at the first and second time and the remission time between the two groups at the second time (P0.05). At the second reexamination, the total effective recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the efficacy and safety of chloroquinado-praestriene and miconazole nitrate in the treatment of simple VCC are similar, but chloroquinado-proestriol is superior to miconazole nitrate in reducing the recurrence rate.
