【摘要】：宮頸妊娠是一種罕見且危險(xiǎn)的異位妊娠,若未得到早期診斷,可能發(fā)生大量出血,嚴(yán)重時(shí)需要切除子宮,可能危及患者生命。文章闡述宮頸妊娠的病因、臨床癥狀,討論其鑒別診斷、輔助檢查、治療方法等相關(guān)問(wèn)題。著重介紹發(fā)病、輔助診斷要點(diǎn),提出早期診斷是診治關(guān)鍵,并介紹個(gè)性化治療及臨床治療策略。
[Abstract]:Cervical pregnancy is a rare and dangerous ectopic pregnancy, if not diagnosed early, there may be a large number of bleeding, serious need to remove the uterus, may endanger the life of the patient. This article describes the etiology, clinical symptoms, differential diagnosis, auxiliary examination and treatment of cervical pregnancy. The key points of diagnosis and treatment were introduced, and the individualized treatment and clinical treatment strategy were also introduced.
