松奇貼片治療圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征124例療效分析

【摘要】：目的探討半水合雌二醇貼片(商品名松奇)治療圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的臨床療效。方法 2009年12月至2011年6月應用多中心前瞻性研究方法在全國4家醫(yī)院共納入124例絕經(jīng)后婦女,給予松奇貼片24周治療,有子宮者加用孕激素,于治療第4、12、24周檢測血清雌二醇(E2)水平,并進行Kupperman評分以評價更年期癥狀,同時記錄乳房脹痛、陰道流血和皮膚過敏等不良反應。結(jié)果 (1)生殖激素水平:E2在治療前為(61.09±50.33)pmol/L,治療4周時上升為(198.85±307.29)pmol/L(P=0.0003);治療12周時進一步上升至(258.87±220.40)pmol/L(P=0.0001);治療24周時為(219.86±190.21)pmol/L(P=0.0000)。(2)Kupperman評分:治療前Kupperman評分為23.91±8.11,治療4周后,Kupperman評分較基線時大大下降,為9.05±7.56(P=0.0000);治療12周時,Kupperman評分又進一步下降,為5.73±5.42(P=0.0000);治療24周時,Kupperman評分基本維持不變,為5.76±7.03(P=0.0000)。(3)研究期間未觀察到嚴重副反應。結(jié)論松奇貼片單獨使用或加用口服微�；型虻厍型馨踩行Ь徑鈬^經(jīng)期綜合征。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of semi-hydrate estradiol patch (trade name Songqi) in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods from December 2009 to June 2011, 124 postmenopausal women in 4 hospitals were treated with Songqi patch for 24 weeks, and those with uterus were treated with progesterone. Serum estradiol (E _ 2) levels were measured at the 24th week of treatment and Kupperman score was used to evaluate menopausal symptoms. Adverse reactions such as breast pain vaginal bleeding and skin allergy were recorded at the same time. Results (1) the reproductive hormone level was (61.09 鹵50.33) pmol / L before treatment, increased to (198.85 鹵307.29) pmol/L (P0. 0003) at 4 weeks, further increased to (258.87 鹵220.40) pmol/L (P0. 0001) at 12 weeks, and (219.86 鹵190.21) pmol/L (P0. 0000). (2) Kupperman score at 24 weeks: Kupperman score was 23.91 鹵8. 11 before treatment and decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment. After 12 weeks of treatment, the Kupperman score was further decreased to 5.73 鹵5.42 (P0. 0000), and the Kupperman score remained unchanged at 24 weeks (5.76 鹵7. 03 (P0. 0000). (3). Conclusion Songqi patch alone or in combination with oral parvoprogesterone or diproprogesterone is safe and effective in relieving perimenopausal syndrome.
