低功率超聲放大卵巢癌腫瘤標(biāo)志物的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the feasibility of improving the early detection rate of ovarian cancer by using low power ultrasound amplification of ovarian cancer tumor markers. Methods: using the self-made ultrasonic signal generator, the ultrasonic signal frequency is 1 MHz, the ultrasonic power is 0.1~0.3 W/cm~2 and the time is 1,2,3,4,5 minutes. The ultrasonic radiation of the human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 is performed and the culture medium is detected. The tumor markers in the tumor were detected with the power 0.1~0.3 W/cm~2 and the time of ultrasonic radiation of 5,10,15 minutes to detect the tumor markers of the ovarian cancer in nude mice. The amplification effect of the markers was analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of CA125 increased with the increase of power at the cell level and the time of ultrasonic radiation, and the difference was unified. Under the condition of P0.05.0.2 W/cm~2 and 0.3 W/cm~2 ultrasound, the concentration of CA125 increased with the prolonged irradiation time, and the difference between different time groups had statistical significance (P0.05). The concentration of CA199 increased with the increase of power (P0.05) under the same ultrasonic time condition. The serum CA_ (125), CA_ (199) concentration of the nude mice after ultrasonic radiation Compared with the control group (P0.05), there was a significant difference between different power groups (P0.05). Conclusion: low power ultrasound can increase the concentration of ovarian cancer tumor markers CA_ (125) and CA_ (199) in cells and tumor bodies.
