【摘要】：目的探討6-磷酸葡萄糖脫氫酶(G6PD)在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中的表達(dá)及其與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的手術(shù)病理分期及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)G6PD在76例子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織和20例正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達(dá)情況,分析其與子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者臨床病理特征之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 G6PD在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中呈高表達(dá)(P0.05),其高表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的浸潤(rùn)深度、腫瘤分期以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05),術(shù)前MRI與術(shù)后病理組織測(cè)定G6PD在診斷子宮內(nèi)膜癌Ⅱ期及以上的病理分期、有無深肌層浸潤(rùn)方面,兩種診斷方法準(zhǔn)確率相近(P0.05)。結(jié)論 G6PD的高表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān),并且可作為評(píng)價(jià)子宮內(nèi)膜癌術(shù)前分期及預(yù)后的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with surgical stage and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of G6PD in 76 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 20 cases of normal endometrium, and the relationship between the expression of G6PD and the clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. Results the expression of G6PD was high in endometrial carcinoma (P0.05), and the high expression was associated with the depth of invasion of endometrial carcinoma. Tumor staging and lymph node metastasis were related (P0.05). The accuracy of the two diagnostic methods was similar (P0.05) in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma stage 鈪，
