【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者46歲,主因“腹脹4個(gè)月,發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔腫物2周”于2016年1月28日入院。患者4個(gè)月前出現(xiàn)腹脹、腹瀉,伴發(fā)熱,口服抗生素有效。1個(gè)月前出現(xiàn)下腹痛,抗炎效果不佳。2周前超聲提示左附件區(qū)109 mm×92 mm×77 mm囊腫,血流信號(hào)豐富。瘤標(biāo)正常。腹部CT提示子宮左后壁囊性占位,考慮左附件囊腺瘤?左側(cè)腎盂及輸尿管上中段擴(kuò)張,遂就診于北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院,考慮盆腔腫物性質(zhì)待查收入院。既往體健,月經(jīng)規(guī)律,孕4產(chǎn)1,帶環(huán)21年。查體:
[Abstract]:A 46-year-old patient was admitted to hospital on January 28, 2016, mainly due to abdominal distension for 4 months and pelvic masses for 2 weeks. The patient developed abdominal distension, diarrhea, fever and effective antibiotics one month ago. The anti-inflammatory effect was not good. 2 weeks ago, ultrasound showed 109 mm 脳 92 mm 脳 77 mm cysts in the left accessory region, and the blood flow signal was abundant. The mark is normal. Abdominal CT indicates cystic mass of the left posterior wall of uterus, consider left adnexal cystadenoma? The left renal pelvis and upper ureter dilated. Physical health, menstrual regularity, pregnancy 4 birth 1, with ring 21 years. Physical examination:
