【摘要】：目的:探討影響夫精人工授精妊娠率的相關(guān)因素。方法:選取2013年3月至2014年9月在南通大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心行宮腔內(nèi)人工授精(IUI)治療的夫婦146對(duì),共277個(gè)周期。分析女性年齡、不孕年限、IUI治療周期數(shù)、促排卵方案,扳機(jī)方法及扳機(jī)日相關(guān)指標(biāo)等與臨床妊娠率的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:年齡25歲組的妊娠率明顯高于年齡30歲組(25.8%vs 11.2%,P0.05);妊娠組的扳機(jī)日促黃體生成素(LH)水平高于非孕組[(29.7±8.44)vs(16.6±1.52),P0.05]。子宮內(nèi)膜分型為A型者的妊娠率顯著高于非A型者(P0.05)。GnRH-a扳機(jī)后排卵率優(yōu)于HCG(P0.05);4個(gè)治療周期內(nèi)隨著周期數(shù)的增加累計(jì)妊娠率上升,卵泡期為10~16天妊娠率最高。結(jié)論:夫精人工授精治療中,患者年齡、HCG日LH值、子宮內(nèi)膜分型與妊娠率相關(guān),GnRH-a扳機(jī)后排卵率優(yōu)于HCG。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the related factors affecting the pregnancy rate of artificial insemination. Methods: from March 2013 to September 2014, 146 couples treated with intrauterine artificial insemination (IUI) in the Center of Reproductive Medicine, affiliated Hospital of Nantong University, were selected for 277 cycles. The relationship between the clinical pregnancy rate and the age of women, the number of IUI treatment cycles, the plan of ovulation promotion, the trigger method and the relevant indexes of trigger date were analyzed. Results: the pregnancy rate of 25 years old group was significantly higher than that of 30 years old group (25.8%vs 11.2 P 0.05), and the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) in pregnancy group was higher than that in non-pregnancy group [(29.7 鹵8.44) vs (16.6 鹵1.52) P 0.05]. The pregnancy rate of type A group was significantly higher than that of non-type A group (P0.05) .GnRH-a trigger ovulation rate was higher than that of HCG (P0.05), and the cumulative pregnancy rate increased with the increase of the number of cycles in four treatment cycles, and the pregnancy rate of follicular phase was the highest at 10 ~ 16 days. Conclusion: in the treatment of artificial insemination, the age of patients with HCG, endometrial classification and pregnancy rate were significantly higher than that of HCG after GnRH-a trigger.
