【摘要】：目的:分析中性粒細(xì)胞與淋巴細(xì)胞比值(neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)與子癇前期的關(guān)系,探討NLR預(yù)測(cè)子癇前期的臨床意義。方法:選取2014年1月1日至2015年12月31日在延邊大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科分娩的209例孕婦分為對(duì)照組(正常妊娠孕婦105例)、輕度子癇前期組(MPE組)53例、重度子癇前期組(SPE組)51例,檢測(cè)各組患者的血常規(guī)指標(biāo),計(jì)算NLR值,比較對(duì)照組和子癇前期組NLR的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:1.MPE、SPE組孕婦的年齡均大于正常妊娠組,且隨著疾病嚴(yán)重程度增加呈上升趨勢(shì);MPE、SPE組孕婦的分娩孕齡、新生兒出生體重均小于正常妊娠組,且隨著疾病嚴(yán)重程度增加均呈下降趨勢(shì)(均P0.001);2.NLR與孕婦的年齡呈正相關(guān),與分娩孕齡和新生兒出生體重呈負(fù)相關(guān);3.調(diào)整孕婦年齡、分娩孕齡及新生兒出生體重后,MPE、SPE組的中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、NLR水平均高于正常妊娠組(均P0.001),且隨著疾病嚴(yán)重程度增加呈上升趨勢(shì);三組間淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.204);4.隨著中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、NLR水平的升高,子癇前期的患病率也上升。結(jié)論:1.隨著NLR水平升高,子癇前期的患病率也上升;2.子癇前期組NLR水平高于正常妊娠組,NLR可作為預(yù)測(cè)子癇前期的常用參考指標(biāo),且與疾病的嚴(yán)重程度有明顯相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and preeclampsia, and to explore the clinical significance of NLR to predict preeclampsia. Methods: 209 pregnant women who delivered in the obstetric department of the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015 were divided into control group (105 cases of normal pregnant women), 53 cases of mild preeclampsia group (group MPE) and 51 cases of severe preeclampsia group (group SPE), the blood routine indexes of each group were measured, the NLR value was calculated, and the relationship between the control group and the pre eclampsia group NLR was compared. Results: 1.MPE, SPE group were older than the normal pregnancy group, and increased with the increase of the severity of the disease; MPE, SPE group pregnant women's delivery. The birth weight of the newborn was less than that of the normal pregnancy group and decreased with the increase of the severity of the disease (all P0.001). 2.NLR was positively correlated with the age of pregnant women, and was negatively correlated with the birth weight and birth weight of the newborn. 3. the neutrophils count in the group of MPE and SPE was adjusted after the pregnant women's age, birth gestational age and birth weight. The NLR level was higher than that of the normal pregnancy group (P0.001), and increased with the increase of the severity of the disease; there was no statistical difference between the three groups (P=0.204); 4. with the neutrophils count, the increase of the level of NLR and the prevalence of preeclampsia. Conclusion: 1. with the increase of NLR level, the prevalence rate of preeclampsia is also The NLR level in the 2. preeclampsia group was higher than that in the normal pregnancy group. NLR could be used as a common reference index to predict preeclampsia, and had a significant correlation with the severity of the disease.
