【摘要】：正上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬仁濟(jì)醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科主任醫(yī)師王育教授成功為一位孕14周孕婦切除重達(dá)3 455 g巨大腫塊,同時(shí)保住了孕婦子宮內(nèi)胎兒。術(shù)后10 d,患者順利出院,母胎平安�；颊咴星皺z查無(wú)任何異常,而常規(guī)孕檢中發(fā)現(xiàn)巨大盆腹腔包塊。王育教授介紹,侵襲范圍如此之大且生長(zhǎng)速度如此之快的盆腔腫物非常罕見(jiàn),術(shù)中同時(shí)還要考慮腹中胎兒的安危,手術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和難度極大。經(jīng)術(shù)前評(píng)估后,在麻醉科醫(yī)師的配合下,王育教授聯(lián)合胃腸外科醫(yī)師共同為患者實(shí)施了腹式盆腹腔巨大腫物切除
[Abstract]:Professor Wang Yu, chief gynecologist and obstetrician of Renji Hospital, affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University, successfully removed a huge mass of 3,455g from a 14-week pregnant woman and saved the pregnant woman's intrauterine fetus. Ten days after operation, the patient was discharged smoothly and the mother and fetus were safe. There was no abnormal pre-pregnancy examination, and a large pelvic mass was found in routine pregnancy tests. According to Professor Wang, pelvic masses with such a large range of invasion and such rapid growth are very rare, and the risk and difficulty of the operation are enormous, considering the safety of the fetus during the operation.
