【摘要】：手術(shù)治療是子宮內(nèi)膜癌各種治療的基石,盡管有諸多爭(zhēng)議,但早期子宮內(nèi)膜癌手術(shù)依然以全面分期手術(shù)為主,而晚期則行最大程度的腫瘤細(xì)胞減滅術(shù)。文章就早期、晚期和復(fù)發(fā)性子宮內(nèi)膜癌手術(shù)治療的情況進(jìn)行闡述。
[Abstract]:Surgical treatment is the cornerstone of various treatments for endometrial carcinoma. Although there are many controversies early endometrial carcinoma surgery is still based on comprehensive staging surgery while in late stage the largest degree of tumor cell reduction surgery is performed. This article describes the surgical treatment of early, late and recurrent endometrial carcinoma.
