孕期人乳頭狀瘤病毒感染類型與母嬰傳播的前瞻性研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the types of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and the rate of mother-to-child transmission, and to guide clinical prevention of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods the clinical data of 2 132 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination for HPV from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the data of pregnant women and newborn infants and the rapid nucleic acid molecular diversion method, HPV typing was detected and the types of HPV infection during pregnancy were analyzed. Mother-to-child transmission rate Results among 2 132 pregnant women, 280 cases were infected with HPV, the infection rate was 13.1313; the infection rate of pregnant women aged 22 2222 / 252728 / 3031 / 33 and older than 34 was 8.89 / 10.1710.1712.68 / 13.32 / 13.88 and 16.09, respectively; among the pregnant women with infection, 251 cases were high risk type HPV (89.6464), among which the pregnant women with 165258 type were 51 / 4833, respectively. Among the 280 newborns with HPV infection, 63 cases were infected with HPV-infected neonates, and the mother-to-child vertical transmission rate was 22.5.The high risk type and low risk type of newborns were 54 cases and 9 cases respectively, accounting for 85.71% of the 280 cases of HPV infection. The infection rate of HPV was 23.08 in 143 newborns with vaginal delivery and 30 in 137 newborns by cesarean section, and the infection rate was 21.09%. Conclusion there is no significant correlation between the infection rate of HPV in pregnant women and age. The HPV type of infection in pregnant women is high risk type. The types of HPV infection in newborns and pregnant women are consistent, but there is no correlation between vertical transmission from mother to child and delivery mode. The screening of HPV during pregnancy is of great significance for the prevention of malignant lesions such as cervical cancer and the early detection of HPV infection in newborns, which is worthy of clinical application.
