【摘要】：目的探討衣原體屬及支原體屬陽性與宮頸糜爛存在的相關性,并研究不同程度宮頸糜爛患者感染衣原體屬及支原體屬的陽性率。方法于2012年12月-2013年12月收治的326例宮頸糜爛患者中,在排除假絲酵母菌陰道炎患者后,按照數(shù)學隨機選取的方法抽取180例患者作為試驗組,根據臨床癥狀以及血樣檢測判斷其患病程度,并以此將患者分為重、中、輕度患者3組,選取180名宮頸健康者作為對照組,分別對宮頸糜爛患者及宮頸健康者進行宮頸分泌物采樣,并檢測其衣原體屬、支原體屬陽性率,數(shù)據采用SPSS12.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果試驗組病原體陽性率70.56%,明顯高于對照組的20.00%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);試驗組20~40歲的性活躍期患者病原體陽性率較高,其中30~39歲年齡段病原體陽性率最高為83.56%,20歲患者2例,50歲患者4例,判定為陽性者分別為2例和1例,但由于樣本數(shù)量過少,陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;試驗組患者宮頸糜爛程度的不同其病原體陽性率不同,宮頸糜爛程度越深、陽性率越高。結論衣原體屬及支原體屬陽性與宮頸糜爛關系密切,宮頸糜爛程度的不同其衣原體屬及支原體屬的陽性率不同,總體表現(xiàn)為宮頸糜爛程度越深,陽性率越高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the positive rate of chlamydia and mycoplasma and cervical erosion, and to study the positive rates of chlamydia and mycoplasma in different degree of cervical erosion. Methods from December 2012 to December 2013, in 326 patients with cervical erosion, 180 patients were selected as experimental group according to the method of mathematical random selection after the removal of Candida vaginitis. According to the clinical symptoms and blood samples, the patients were divided into three groups: severe, moderate and mild. 180 healthy cervical patients were selected as control group. Cervical secretion samples were collected from cervical erosion patients and cervical healthy subjects, and the positive rates of chlamydia and mycoplasma were detected. The data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 software. Results the positive rate of pathogens in the test group was 70.56, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (20.00) (P0.05), and the positive rate of pathogens in the experimental group (2040 years old) was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Among them, the highest positive rate of pathogens was 83.56 years old and 20 years old, 2 cases were 50 years old, 2 cases were positive, and 1 case was positive. However, there was no significant difference in the positive rate because of the small number of samples. The different degree of cervical erosion in the trial group had different positive rate of pathogen, the deeper the degree of cervical erosion was, the higher the positive rate was. Conclusion the positive rate of Chlamydia and Mycoplasma is closely related to cervical erosion. The positive rate of Chlamydia and Mycoplasma is different with the degree of cervical erosion. The overall manifestation is that the deeper the degree of cervical erosion, the higher the positive rate.
