【摘要】：正漿液-黏液性腫瘤是新版世界衛(wèi)生組織女性生殖器官腫瘤分類中有關(guān)卵巢上皮性腫瘤增加的一個(gè)新腫瘤。目前,交界性腫瘤已經(jīng)得到了很好的描述,然而很少有漿液-黏液性癌的報(bào)道。該文報(bào)道19例卵巢漿液-黏液性癌,患者年齡16~79歲,平均47歲;其中16例單側(cè)發(fā)生,3例雙側(cè)發(fā)生;瘤體直徑1.8~18 cm,平均10.5 cm;腫瘤分期:Ⅰ期15例,Ⅱ期1例,Ⅲ期3例。12例以乳頭狀結(jié)構(gòu)為主,含有少量
